This department is responsible for staff recruitment, training and development. It ensures that RIPCO (B) has highly skilled and motivated workforce to enable the organization to succeed in the implementation of its mandate. Also, the department is responsible for coordination and implementation of Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) which is designed to improve the work performance of all staff as well as to provide professional growth and development. It undertakes a wide range of industrial relations, safety and health activities, conducts HIV/AIDS awareness campaigns and implements the company policies and procedures. It also oversees estates management and registry functions.
